The Mid Hudson Valley is a picturesque region offering not just physical beauty but also an abundance of history and culture.
The area is blessed with many top colleges, attended by students from around the world, including Bard, Vassar, Marist and SUNY at New Paltz. The valley is also home to the Culinary Institute of America which features fine dining in its five restaurants.
Each year many tourists visit historic sites such as the FDR Home and Library, Vanderbilt mansion, Mills mansion, Montgomery Place and Clermont, to name a few.
